Shipping Partners
We use trusted courier services: Delhivery, DTDC, Indian Post, and local logistics partners.
Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (metro cities: 2–4 days; remote areas: 7–10 days).

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues). We will notify you if delays exceed 7 days.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.

For COD orders, a nominal shipping fee (as shown at checkout) applies.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track orders in your account dashboard.
Address Changes

Address changes can be requested within 2 hours of order placement by emailing orders@tanishpharma.shop.

After dispatch, address changes are not possible. Undelivered packages due to incorrect address will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for reshipping charges.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Prepaid Logic

Some products require a prepaid deposit (as shown at checkout) to confirm COD orders. This deposit is non‑refundable (see Cancellation & Refund Policy).

The remaining amount is collected by the courier at delivery.
Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, no one available, recipient refused), the product will be returned to us. You will be contacted for reshipping (additional fees apply) or issued a store credit (less shipping costs). No refunds for returned COD orders.
International Shipping
