No Refund Policy – Detailed Explanation

All sales are final. We strictly do not provide cash refunds, credit notes, or replacements for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or minor dissatisfaction.

Health and pharmaceutical products cannot be restocked due to hygiene and quality control standards. Once an order is confirmed or shipped, it is considered consumed.
When Might a Refund Be Considered? (Very Limited Exceptions)

Damaged or defective product – If you receive a physically damaged or tampered product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement (not a refund) for the exact same product.

Wrong product delivered – If we ship the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. No refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placement and before the order is processed. To cancel, email orders@tanishpharma.shop with your order number.

Once the order is marked as “processing” or “shipped”, cancellation is not possible.

For COD prepaid orders (partial payment), the prepaid amount is non‑refundable under any circumstances.
No Return of Opened/Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute it and block your account.
